6. I took it from an ad for Potomac Electric from some years ago
they were talking about their funding of a mental health service or something.

I think it is kind of true ... though I don't think of it as funny.

Unless its because they get dizzy lookin' up at your shower :hi:

3. There is no understanding the pain of existence...
...and none are free of fear and longing. This brief life continually thrusts confusion and tragedy upon us which cannot be comprehended...even so, it's pretty damned fun. Know that you will never overcome the frustration and mystery that is existence, but appreciate in spite of this the beauty that is your human compulsion to make the effort. This is the closest you will ever come to enlightment or happiness.

(sorry...been paging through Simone de Beauvoir's "Ethics of Ambiguity" again...)

like day-1, open the book; you're soon privy to the system that constitutes our nervous system, nerve sheath, such & so forth, etc...nerves are the means by which we register pain - owie, owie, owie!! when we stub our toes in the night on our hapless mission to a glass of water, or a pee stop; though gravity is by no means an innocent bystander in this game some oft times refer to as 'the veil of tears' (yeah-yeah, some are able to 'cry for happy', but sometimes the heart still feels like it is beneath a great weight like a ton sometimes, Oy!), 'house of pain', again with the etc...

NERVES! they are the means by which humans register 'pain' = not my design, that just the way it is or so it would seem

edit for: sheath
