The Simpsons started in 1989, while Herman's Head came out in 1991.

Unless you were making a pun in reference to this episode in which case, I'll have to lock this thread!

Gawd, that was horrible! Dick Van Dyke's brother Jerry before he was on Coach. It's kinda like expecting Bill Clinton and getting Roger. Or Jimmy and getting Billy.

If you're old enough to remember those 2 comedies, you must also remember "Camp Runamuck". All those shows make Gilligan's Island look like Shakespeare.

Edited on Fri Nov-09-07 04:01 AM by last_texas_dem
Hosted by "Joey" from "Full House." I remember for two or three years of my childhood when "TGIF" on ABC was can't miss-TV. You had all of the classics: "Full House", "Family Matters", "Perfect Strangers", and then that last slot that usually had some show that never quite took off. (I think "Hangin' with Mr. Cooper" eventually made it into that slot and was fairly successful.) One of the failed shows from that slot was this sort of variation on "America's Funniest Home Videos" called "America's Funniest People." For a while there, all ABC needed was John Stamos to host his own "funniest" show and they would have had the "Men of Full House" comedy trifecta going. :scared:

ON EDIT: I probably should have read the title of the thread closer, as this show wasn't a sitcom. It was a forgotten and forgettable TV show, though, so that should at least count for something, right?
