Happy Diwali (Hindu Festival of Lights)

One of history's most despised symbols means "peace" for the Hindus of Ahmedabad, India. The earthen lamps are arranged in a swastika a day before Diwali, the festival of lights.

This is an ancient symbol and the Hopi used it too. Too bad Hitler had to turn a good symbol into one that represents evil in the western world.

I just saw your post after I looked at this one. Wouldn't it be an awfully boring world if everyone was the same, if everyone were Christians? It sure would.
