UGH!!! Feeling frustrated/upset.

I feel like my mom doesn't like me very much. First of all, she's constantly taking cheapshots at me. Like when I brought up the ENDA, she accused me of being obsessed with sex. Also, she automatically blames me whenever something goes wrong in this house - despite the fact that I have a 12-year-old brother! Also, he's her precious little child where I'm just a nuisance - he so much as gets stage fright and he's off to every psychologist in the city. I had some pretty serious emotional problems when I was that age (depression/suicidal thoughts/etc.), and she didn't seem to care very much. Well, I'm not sure she knew, but she seems to know whenever something's slightly wrong with her OTHER child.

I'm going to New York on Tuesday... man is it going to be good to get out of this place for a few days.

I hate to be the emo teenager...I just kind of had to get this one off my chest.

Have fun in NYC despite the problems at home.

I'm actually really excited for the trip, for more reasons than that. It actually seems like a fun trip - I'm going with my school.

I know where you're coming from, so hopefully things will get better.
