Had a phone interview a little while ago and find out the job isn't anything like the description the recruiter sent me. I would have really liked the job that was in the description, and was talking up my experience in those areas until the guy cut me off. He was very nice about it and is going to pass my resume along to the unit that actually performs those tasks. To take my frustration out I was going to go haul and stack the 1/2 cord of wood that got dumped earlier today. After the second load one of the wheels on my garden cart broke. Now I have to go out and buy a new cart, assemble it and haul end up hauling and stacking in the dark. Crap.
I think you should take some of that wood and introduce it to the recruiter, with some velocity. Though, hopefully the guy who interviewed you really will give your resume to the right department, and hopefully they'll be interested.
