Some asshats were throwing ice off their tenth floor balcony and nearly hit my dog....

We were headed out for our walk and Prudence decided to go backwards tonight. We get nearly to the end of the block, and I hear ice hit and shatter right where my dog was not a minute before. We proceed to walk across the street, I count up, find their apartment, and when we got back in, I told the sweet fellow dog owner/concierge dude what had happened. I'm terribly pissed. What makes people do stupid shit like this?
This is the reason I feel that stupidity should be a crime...oh wait, this act of stupidity is prohibited in the building because it can kill people and is an evictable offense. God I hate people...
Can you imagine hurting this little sweetie pie!?

Unfortunately, it's doubtful that there will be any consequences for the people in that apartment. It's so easy for people to get away with cruelty. :(

2. The landlady loves my dog.

And she despises people who throw shit off their balconies. And in the rules it says that you will get evicted if you throw shit off the balcony. Yeah. I'm going to stop by tomorrow night after I get off work...

7. He talked to them....

I went to the landlady who had absolutely no idea anything had transpired last night. She said she would have called the cops if the dog had been killed. AND we have people from the DA's office living in the building. :evilgrin:
So, we'll see what happens...
