Ahh...I just did a big hit of my book addiction.
Ordered two new Harry Turtledove compilations (three books a compilation) for $22. I'm startin' to get a "new books on the way!" buzz already.

4. If you give me a brief description I could tell you.
Is that the fantasy retelling on WW2? If so, then that's the series I just finished not to long ago.

6. No, Time of Troubles is derived from the 7th C. conflict between Heraclius and Khosroes II.
It's a fantasy variant in Turtledove's Videssos world. 4 books, re-released in 2 hardcovers recently.

8. Which Turtledove series did you get?
I just finished the whole 11 book series from "how few remain" to "in at the death". Great great series.

I ordered the "Tale of Krispos" series and 3 X T, which collected some of his early stuff.
