17. I'm writing a fan letter to Stephen King, and I'm drawing lots of pictures
for him!!!!:bounce: :toast: and right now, my kitty Sophie is having an "attack of delicious" (chasing her tail & enjoying sun beams). How are YOU, bijou??

18. You should mention the Red Sox
winning the World Series in your letter... it will make him happy :D Seriously i think that guy comes to just about every home game!

An "attack of delicious"... i love that! Can humans have them too? Sometimes we say that Elmo (doggie) is having an "attack of the SIBS" -- that's Sudden Itchy Butt Syndrome -- not nearly so adorable.

I'm having a laaaaazy day... have to get a little writing done, and go to the grocery store at some point... clean out the guinea pig cage... ya know, all the important stuff! ;)

21. I got "attack of delicious" from Marge Piercy's "Summer People".
Great book! She applied it to a cat, too! But I really think it's applicable to humans.

F'rinstance, the first time it rained here in 3 months, I found myself splashing in puddles, jumping feet-first.
Once, I went to Nantucket Cafe with a friend. The stuffed potato was so good I actually started laughing.
And, looking at this letter I wrote to Stephen King & the drawings is really making me happy.

I'll mention the Red Sox, too! Thanks for the suggestion!! :D :D :D :yourock:

7. I don't know
there seems to be a bit of a crazed, possibly schizophrenic look in his/her eyes that is telling me that he/she is upset about being a schnorkie. I could be imagining things. it's happened many times before.

9. That's anthropomorphism.
Animals don't have facial expressions. Humans are unusual in that respect.

19. LOL... i know
and it's disturbing what people will pay for them! We got Elmo (his pic is above) at the shelter. People are always asking what he is... maybe i should make up a cute "designer" name for him! Problem is, we really have no idea what he is, but he's the smartest & cutest dog EVAH :D

20. My grandmother had poodle mixes
Now that they've got cute names for them they're worth money, but back then they were just cute little pound mutts who were happy to have a home.

Schnauzers are cool dogs. I;m sure a mix would be awesome, especially if the other breed was a relatively quiet one (on their own they're a little barky.)

22. I'd definitely consider
a poodle mix instead -- they seem like such smart and mellow dogs. Here's a poodle-schnauzer (schnoodle, LOL)... totally adorable. And there are lots of these at shelters and rescues on petfinder.com!
