5. Yes I did
that is when I noticed it feels icky. I hope it gets firmer as it browns. I may end up mashing it otherwise :P

I cubed it and and browning it. I was going to use in stuffed peppers with other stuff.

Like I said, we'll see :)

12. What are you planning to do with it?
My FAVORITE food in the whole entire universe is General Tso's tofu. But I let the local Chinese place make it. Me, I make a mean tofu scramble.

15. I planned on using it
along with rice, tomato sauce, and spices to stuff bell peppers with. It doesnt have the right texture though. It looks like it would just fall apart.

We'll see.

19. That should work. If you want advice in preparing it,
go over to the Tofu Ghetto. There are lots of experienced folks there.

It looks like it is going to work. The tofu did goto crispy once it cooled.

Thanks again.

21. I love it when its crispy on the outside, but creamy
almost like cream cheese, on the inside.

You're making me hungry!!

Otherwise, it'll taste like nothing.

16. I marinaded in italian dressing for about an hour
You are right though. The taste is in the browning. I'll toss some spices in before I use it. Plus the sauce will need a kick.

:)

18. Hummus did not make the muster
I played with that a few weeks ago. It just glorified bean dip. Who woulda thunk?
