I forgot how enjoyable Stanley Clarke is to listen too! What other guitarists should I look up now?
Just rediscovered Stanley Clarke on iTunes. Last I'd played his tunes was in college 1984.

Any other guitartists I should look up?

Suggestions welcome :)

6. Check out George Smed.
He is AMAZING on bass.

Of course I would never compare him to Stanley Clarke, but I will say that he is supremely talented in his own style.

probably the best bass player alive today. He plays with Bela Fleck's band, but has done some solo albums.
