"Pay per post"? Rightie shills getting paid to "educate" online?

A while back I remember hearing about an online service that recruited right-wingers to "educate" posters in online communities (aka "post for pay").

Does anyone have a link to one of these services or info about it?

I'm dealing with someone on another board who I seems like they could probably be one of those and I want to see what I could find out about it. Thanks.
