I mean, I get that I'm choosing to fly in the morning. But, up at SIX so I can leave at 9? Shit.

we get up at 4:45 every morning to catch a 6am train...you get used to it. If you have kids, you get REAL used to getting up early when they're young ;)

I went to bed so early last night.... no help  I know, when you do anything all the time, you get used to it.... but adjusting is hard

10. Last time I had to do that (my flight home from FL) we decided to just stay up
I don't wake up easily after a full night's sleep, so getting up at 3, if I could manage to do it at all, I'd be groggy to the point of incoherence.

6. 6 am? That's when I'd usually start making dinner...
at least until I quit my night shift job a few weeks ago... :)

7. the only time I'm up at six - aside from letting the cat in or out- is after I've been up all night
doing something, and I decide to push it until 6 so I can walk down the road and have a big breakfast and then come home and really crash

12. I get up at 7 all the time - I hate it
I agree with you. Before I had a kid, I never got up that early. That's why I book flights for noon! Have a great trip, GIC!

13. I had to get up so early in order to fly home from the States.
3:30 in the morning, I think it was, because we were a long way from the airport. Oy.
