Poll question: Okay, how are you doing your turkey?
My little brother will be doing the deep-fry. :scared: We will have the fire extinguisher handy.

In previous years I brined it and rotated it in a v-rack, which came out really yummy. I have also heard good things about starting off with a high oven and then dropping the temp lower, but have not tried it myself.

Fess up! And give details!
