Tofurkey & "Giblet" gravy. I like it!
Thanksgiving couldn't be worse for me than it has been this year - and after not having anything to eat all day I decided to cook the sucker up so the day's not a total waste. I've never had one before - and it's grrrrrrrrrrrrrreat.

Tofurkey in a pyrex casserole dish, basted in an olive oil, Bragg's amino acids, and various spices and herbs - surrounded by quartered red and yellow potatoes drizzled with olive oil, freshly ground sea salt and roasted garlic, and rosemary. YUM. Glad something about today wasn't distasteful!

I vote YES for Tofurkey.

1. The gravy is goooood
I'm not a huge fan of the roast itself, but I dig the stuffing and the gravy.
