Today is the 20th anniversary of the Max Headroom TV hijacking incident

FWIW. Same as the Daleks on Dr. Who, but lower in frequency (sounds less like a voice through a fan).

That's -my- target, whenever I acquire the neccessary budget. However, I would do it above-ground, as there are many methods of culture-jamming without going illegal. Ultimately bizarre commercials, for instance.

This goal keeps me warm at night.
