I don't know where else to post this, so I will ask the lounge

Does anyone know if the book "Lustful Utterances" by Leola McConnell was ever actually published or if the author (who was presumed missing) ever resurfaced? I can find absolutely nothing on Amazon or eBay, and I even checked my favorite book search tool to no avail. Google brings lots of websites with mentions of the book, but I can find no evidence it was ever published. Thanks in advance for your help. :)
