11. its a form of
animosity towards people that is hard to understand.

especially when it is really an anger towards a select few i imagine and the need to bash the whole lounge is just taken as fact when one or more of the select few is posting a lot of threads it bothers them.

14. I've been a Lizard for a few years now.
In some cases longer than the posters whom feel the need to lash out at us.


One of my first posts here on DU was in GD. I didn't post anything controversial-just that I was from Missouri and that we weren't 100% red. That thread (now deleted) quickly became a way to bash me, the new poster. I was called a hick, a freeper, a yokel-you name it. I almost gave up on DU until I found the Lounge.

I've noticed that the fights tend to be from elsewhere but are then brought to the Lounge. Silly that-fighting on the internet won't change the world or make you famous.

Yes, you are high on the list of silly entertainers.....bizarro! I just sit and read mostly...
Except last night I visited for a bit after a night of heavy drinking, and posted rudely.
I had three beers....My daughter had to drive me home! Her boyfriend followed us, she got back in the car, and they both watched me try to get the key in the hole for 5 minutes before deciding to come to my rescue....
