So How's Everyone Doing Tonight?
:shrug:

Me, I'm doing pretty good :D

relaxed, at peace, grateful for good things in my life

always amazed at the world I live in and how cruel life is, and how truly fortunate I am, and probably many of us here are.

Living for each moment, because that is all we have, is a wonderful thing.

Cleaning up my side of the street and letting others take care of their side as well because I can't change anyone but me.

18. Ours is a whopping 3ft!
We really broke the bank decorating that little thing.

Oh, and it came right out of a box. :thumbsup:

I'll take a picture of our tree and send it to you so you will at least have one to look at if you decide not to put up your own. :P

23. I got rid of the big tree and downsized.
We don't buy any presents for Christmas.

We only put it up for the ambient light and something pretty to look at.

Smaller means easier to put up, decorate, take down, and store.

Now you HAVE to get a little tree. :bounce:

I made a decision on my job. I'm leaving.

It's not worth my serenity or (possibly) my sobriety to put up with assholes.

and if the PTB can't handle the obvious problem, it's not my stuff to cover their asses.

There is a degree of peace in the decision.

so tonight, I'm in out of the snow, done driving bad roads and at peace with something that's been bugging me for months.

but hey, tomorrow's another day .....

I'm doing pretty good. I had a great night. We do have to look at every moment as a blessing. Every MOMENT. I have a good reason to be happy. I'm glad you are at peace, because at our age, "at peace" is the best. :hug:
