QDRO settlement from divorce?
Edited on Sun Nov-25-07 11:50 AM by bac511
A qualified domestic relations order is a legal order that splits and changes ownership of a retirement plan to give the divorced spouse their share of the asset or pension plan.

Has anyone gotten one? How long did it take to process? Mine is taking FOREVER!

Also, did they retain a % of the total settlement?

Damn! I could REALLY use that money for xmas this year!

2. Qualified Domestic Relations Orders
Relates to retirement/pensions, as I recall.
