Tyra Banks is afraid that if you wake up next to her and see her real hair you won't call her again
TYRA IS NERVOUS

Tyra Banks has reportedly worn so many wigs and weaves over the years that her real hair is fucked up beyond repair, and now she has to wear wigs and weaves all the time whether she likes it or not. And because of this, she won't spend the night with a new guy because she's scared of what he'll do when he sees her as she really is. A source who is me said, "hahahahah, hahahahah." A different source said:

"Tyra is a confident woman for the most part, but she is really insecure about her hair. She doesn't want any guy to see her without her wigs or hair extensions.
"Tyra feels like guys are with her for her image that they see on TV and in magazines. If one wakes up without her glamorous hair, she's worried he may not call back!"

1. Here's what you do Tyra:
Cut it really, really short and then let it grow out.

3. She did that to one of the contests on this seasons Top Model
the girl's hair was so fucked up from bad extensions that the hairdressers had no choice but to give the girl a buzzcut.

Although the girl was upset, she's actually done quite well in the competition and embraced her bald-do

8. I guess she could distract me with something
I have no idea what she could use to draw my attention away from her hair, though.

9. The only way I would wake up next to her...
...is if we were both knocked out at the same time and place. I wouldn't call regardless.

Were I single, and I'm not, I would take any farmer's daughter over any of those so-called super models.

11. I concur with the shaving idea
Then she'd only have to wear a wig for a few months.

Short "natural" hair looks really hot on African American women, IMHO. And if she wants flowing tresses, she could don another wig temporarily. Or she could go for cornrows - they worked for Bo Derek.

12. now that is funny
I mean, I understand her being self-conscious, but she could wear a beanie with a propeller on it and still look stunning. I remember Whitney Houston said that was the reason that she always wears wigs, to protect her hair because it is so easily damaged that she wants it to remain in good condition for when she gets older.

but something about her personality irks me. I watch a little of top model but I can't stomach the talk-show.

24. I love natural afro-hair
if I had that thick, kinky kind of hair, I'd let it grow wild, and as long as it would go. She ought to cut it short, like she made, that young lady on, Next Top Model, and start over from scratch. Doesn't anyone believe it's who you are on the inside, that really matters? We, humans as a bunch, are so judgmental. As a real little kid, we lived in a small, totally white town, and basically the whole, state. I had wonderful, parents who taught us, it's whats on the inside that counts, and we are all the same inside, what ever color is on the packaging. However, in my 5 year-old mind in 1960, (which did change) I can remember thinking that 'Negro's', on TV, who tried to look white, looked really nice. That did have to do with straighting out the hair. ( just being honest, don't flame me bro, I was 5) By the time I was a teen, big afros were the coolest, and I still love the look. I think it's coming back!!

26. for a woman in her 30's
It's sad that she's hung up on something so minor, BUT keep in mind this is the industry that she sleeps, eats, and breathes. Modeling breeds vanity and insecurity at the same time. No wonder she thinks superficially.
