Apparently the direct approach isn't working around here.

Just a reminder while you're fighting the War on Christmas: Christmas fired the first shots.

1. Guess "I gave at the office" is out. Try
"it's against my religious beliefs and if you ask me again I am calling The Reverend Sharpton on his personal cell"

or "I hate all of you bastards and refuse to spend a plug nickel on any of you"

or maybe even just burst into tears and shake your head sadly while murmuring a quiet "no...no, I'm sorry. I just can't do that again."

:)

2. Why not participate and go all out on bizarro stuff?
You can bet you won't be asked again next year.

3. I like the 'regifting' xmas exchanges
the one where your gifts are re-gifts of the crap you got previous years.

One year I gave up an ugly oversized martini glass (it had xmas decorations all over it) along with a pair of tacky wreath earrings. I had just won them from some tupperware like party I attended. In return I got a set of cheapo bakeware from a guy who had recently got married and didn't want the cheapo gift.

I still have that bakeware - not that I bake alot!
