I was driving to my bank and came across an Indian wedding.....
the house was covered with flowers and the people were in such beautiful colors.....
it was so gorgeous....
I can not tell you
the colors I saw........
all I could think about was
where is my camera?????
I left it home!!!!

That's a darned gorgeous bride, there.

if I was going to cry. I felt pretty confident saying no. I just said I was so thrilled for Jen, but, really, I don't cry *that* much. Plus 90% of the ceremony was in hindi, so I wouldn't even know the right times to cry.

Jen walked in to the hall, I cried.
My dad walked her up the aisle, I cried.
The parents removed their hands so Jen and Hitesh were holding hands (for the 'first time' :eyes:), I cried
They were tied together with a scarf, I cried.

Basically I cried a lot. Not much foresight on my part. I couldn't help it. She was so amazingly gorgeous, and happy, and it was so beautiful.

I didn't have time to cry during the first dance at the reception though, I was too busy chasing away groomsmen making them find partners. I guess they aren't familiar with the custom of the bridesmaids and the groomsmen getting up to dance part way through the first dance, so all the (white) bridesmaids found partners, but then I had to abandon mine and run up to the head table and chase them away to find girls :P

But ick, I have my Dads hands. Broad, short fingered and fat ;)
