How long will Draft Beer last in a growler?
I bought a box of beer from Triple Rock. Yummy stuff. IPAX IPA. One of my faves.

Anywa, being as I can't drink 8 pints of beer, even with wifey helping, I sterilized two 1 liter growlers and filled them shortly after opening the box, and put them away in the fridge.

I'm guessing the beer won't be so bad this afternoon - but how long of a shelf life would I have?

1. unopened, a week. opened, day and a half, tops.
This is the problem with distribution by growler. A separate problem would be your growlers holding only 1 liter each. Ours are half-gallon. ;-)
