Au Chez trof ce nuit: 'Barbecued' Pork Chops
We used pork 'steaks' (boneless pork chops) instead of chicken.
It ain't really barbecue 'cause it's done in the oven.
We'll see.

Anyway...here's the recipe:

BBQ Cranberry Chicken

3- to 4-pound chicken, cut up

1 (16-ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce

1 cup barbecue sauce

Wash and pat dry chicken. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Place chicken in a greased 9- by 13-inch casserole dish. Combine sauces in a small bowl and pour evenly over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

What's for dinner at your house?
