1. i have had mixed results

mostly it has been positive, but a couple of times it has been less than.

mercifully, i got my kids passwords straightened out and in a safe place for my use and i should never have to call them again.

2. i have found in the last 6 months their Customer service has improved vastly

its nice talking to them.

especially after the awful CITIBANK people. (it doesnt matter which of their call centers you get, US or India or elsewhere, they are uniformly awful)
