SPK'S Advice On Quitting: ANYTHING

Whatever works!

I mean if someone is in pain, hurting, whatever helps them get to a place where they aren't hurting and in pain!!

I'm always amazed that people would bash someone else's way of doing things.

I've quit different things in my life, I've had help to do some, and did others on my own.

I quit drinking using a 12 step program, but I support whatever works for someone.

Just remember that when a method is bashed, words are powerful, you may be bashing the only way that person might be able to save themselves from their problems.

if it were to make a person's life more manageable, and they suffered no ill consequences, then yeah :P

it wouldn't work for me, I can barely stand to take any pain medication, makes me feel bad, hasn't always done that to me.
