We had one of those "stick to every branch" storms on Saturday. I snapped these:





It's just super cold and windy today, finally knocking it off of all of the branches on which it was delicately placed.

I really love the snow. I think we got about 8" and they are calling for 2-4 more.

It's been snowing all day here - we have 8" on the ground and I guess more is coming :-). Cross country skiing tomorrow for sure.

We are really fortunate that we live on a fairly large property. The deer visit often as do the wild turkeys.

11. Very nice photos!
Makes me cold just looking at them.

Snow is so beautiful to look at but I remember shoveling, trying to drive in it, slogging through it, "the melt," and dang, our 115° summers don't seem so bad.

but as we say out here in the desert, "it's a dry heat." It isn't that bad, as long as you have A/C.

20. Beautiful snow pictures. It doesn't snow here, hardly ever.
We're excited when it actually gets cold enough to use the fireplace!
