Quick! We have just 1/2 hour to figure out www.cspan.org scheduling! Can you help?

We want to watch the ABC New Hampshire Presidential debate in real time (possibly 4PM Pacific Time) on the Internet, because we're on the West Coast. It's scheduled for 7PM Eastern Time.

The local ABC affiliate in Portland, OR has chosen to delay the broadcast until 7PM Pacific Time which will be after the debate is OVER :(

If you can help me understand the programming schedule at: www.cspan.org
perhaps I can figure out whether this is even possible at all or not.

Thanks to anyone who has the time and the smarts to tackle this.

1. I was searching the cspan site earlier and I'm not sure that they

are going to cover the debate. Here's what I found for the TV schedule.
