And animal control is going to take a statement on the accident tomorrow.

1. Good! I hope they catch the bastards!
I've lost a few cats to hit-and-run accidents. A true accident is one thing, but people should at least have the guts to stop and try to help the animal and find the owner.

And if it wasn't an accident... :grr:

3. This guy is known for killing animals
he has been seen speeding up to hit them. He also has clip two kids.

In that case, I hope they catch him and he doesn't see the outside of a jail cell for a VERY long time.

no one knows how. I was sure that the sprain wrist with the first one should have got him in jail.

4. He'll get a $500 fine and sent on his way. I can take him to small claims court like all the rest.
But he will keep doing it.

7. You may also be able to sue him civilly



...for intentional/negligent infliction of emotional distress. May be worth shopping the case around to a few lawyers.
