1. Right now, it's OK here...
But during the extra busy time on my thread, I was having an awful time!

I kept wishing they would put us on Level 1 or 2, and be done with it!

And then all of a sudden, it was over!

17. Oh yeah... especially if it's in a plastic container. That makes the plasticy taste just seep right
into the honey.

I just started a batch of mead (I've been working on a few recipes for the last few months. :) ) and I've found that the way to do it is A) glass containers, and B) to get that last little bit out of the containers that doesn't want to come, I stick the jars themselves into a pot of near-boiling water. With the tops off, obviously. Don't want the air to expand and make 'em explode. :)

I refuse to get honey for brewing in any container other than glass now though. It's just not worth it to use plastic. It adds a funky aftertaste that takes forEVER to get out.
