I've had a protein shake by Arbonne International -- mixed it with ice and skim Lactaid milk in a blender.

A small bowl of mini shredded wheat sprinkled with Trader Joe's flaxseed and blueberries, and a bit of skim milk.

One Quaker brown rice cracker with coconut oil (spreads easily at room temperature).

An eight-ounce glass of water, a pack of women's night vitamins, again from Arbonne. After 6 PM, nothing else but water until I go to bed.

It's a big lifestyle change for me, especially on a Sunday evening.

I carry these weight loss chews in my purse. One a day after lunch controls appetite completely. They come in four flavors. See link:

My daughter is a consultant for their company here in Oregon.

If you'd like to contact someone in your area, please PM me and I'll tell you how.

Good luck!

10. Good for you. Have you tried the flavored waters? Some of them have just a few calories or none.
Just to vary the drinking flavor of water.

The water in southwest Florida and Orlando smelled and tasted sulphurous, and I stuck with bottles of flavored water for the whole time we were there. Doing about two liters a day. Water does cut your appetite if you drink enough of it.

Of course, by the time I drove to the gym and got on the treadmills, I had to go pee...

11. I find the flavored waters to be too sweet for my tastes.
I do pound a lot of it anyway, but more now that I am exercising.

19. Which gym is it?
maybe you should poll the members, see if they don't like it either...

not sure what being hungry all the time has to do with that

join another gym

drink a lot of water

eat nuts and fruit

pee a lot

sweat a lot

wear yourself out so much you can't think about eating

keep a jar of rotted liver around so you can open it when you get hungry that will take away your appetite :puke:

focus on sex instead

24. As well you should be.
Metabolism is a funny thing.

When you burn calories, your body craves them when your body thinks she needs them.

Eat smaller, more numerous meals over the course of the day. Keep that metabolism alive and running hot.

35. Yes, and even Carl's Jr is not too bad
Unlike Hardees. It kills me that they are both owned by the same parent company and Carl's Jr is palatable and Hardees is pure garbage.
