2. and Tricia Helfer is playing yet another version of 6 this season

that should be an interesting twist. She's really incredible at giving the different incarnations their own personality. Funny, I think she started out just as eye candy but has grown to be one of the most complex and versatile actors on the show.

3. most of the characters on the show are pretty good

did they manage to get all the scripts done before the writer's strike, though?

5. no they didn't

from what I read they got about half the season done. They were already talking about stretching the final season out through 2009 so I suppose this works in their favor in that regard. I have to admit that while I'm dying to have new episodes and find out what's going on a the same time I'm really sort of glad that it's dragging out because I'll be bummed when it's all over.

6. well, they've dragged out 4 seasons of Galactica

through 6 years if they make it to 2009...

what's a few more months?
