Saturday Night Live. When a muppet told Raquel Welch "you ain't made it til you've made it with a muppet."

Also the show where Loren Michaels offered the Beatles a certified check for $3000 if they'd appear live on his show. And, if they wanted, they could pay Ringo less.

One of the all-time greatest tv episodes.
