Ladies: What does it mean to wear your diamond on your middle finger?
The other thread about wedding rings got me to wondering about this. It's not something I see everyday. But once in awhile I will see a woman wearing a diamond on her left middle finger. Does it have any significance at all? Just wondering........

3. Yeah it does make the ring stand out more.
I was just wondering if wearing it on that finger as opposed to the traditional ring finger was something a woman might do after a separation or divorce.

7. Oh hellz yes! Just today, I flipped-off some snot-nosed punk who was literally taunting me
at a stop-light.

My kids laughed at me. And it was therapeutic.

13. I dunno.
That's why I was asking. Seems it's been hard to get a serious answer though to what was intended to be a question asked out of total curiosity.

15.  Ok,
I kinda figured that there had to be some reason for not wearing them on the engagement ring finger. Thanks.

btw, I saw the thread about ThomCat needing an electric chair. Please PM me with a snail mail address to send a contribution.

17. It means the woman lost the ring finger in an industrial accident.
And you bringing it up brings back a lot of painful memories, thank you very much. ;)
