DU Excel gurus. How do I replace all the information in a column
with different information?

I want to take Column C, (which currently has the middle names of approximately 500 students) and replace those names with January 25, 2008.

Is this doable.

1. That is easy.
Put January 25, 2008 in one column. Copy it. Highlight the entire rest of the column, and paste. That one cell will be copied to all the highlighted cells.

and when she does the cut & paste and the "January 25, 2008" changes to a numeric or a differently formatted date...
