Has "Sine-Off" been banned?

During the winter I get wicked sinus headaches and Sine-Off is the only OTC medication that helps. I haven't been able to find it anywhere. I called my doctor and he said he didn't know if it had been banned, but told me to 1) Have a sinus presscription filled 2) Use "Simply Saline" nasal spray and 3) Take three OTC Motrin three times a day. All of that to replace one Sine-Off tablet!
Does anybody know if Sine-Off is off the shelves?
