Anyone else addicted to nicotine gum? I swear I think I'm ruining my teeth

But I can't seem to stop. I always have a wad in my mouth and I don't think it is very lady -like :spray:

I've tried buying regular gum and it helps a little.

I've had a lot of "slips" where I would smoke for a week or so and then stop again. Maybe it's because I have never gotten all the nicotine out of my system.

I was just talking to my sister yesterday - she quit smoking close to 2 years ago but she's now addicted to nicotine gum. She doesn't crave cigarettes anymore but she joneses for the gum when she runs out. :shrug:

Beats smoking.

3. I've never been a nicotine addict in any capacity, so this is just a hypothesis, but.....

...maybe you should try gradually mixing regular gum with the nicotine gum, slowly phasing the nicotine gum out until you are left with regular gum. Maybe there's some sort of caffeine gum or some other sort of milder stimulant you could use as an intermediary?

Hey, I'll be damned! They actually DO make the stuff. Remember JOLT Cola?? Now it's a gum!
