7. Is there foot fetish in it? It's pretty obvious that Quentin is a foot fetishist.

It's easy to see in "From Dusk Till Dawn",and I recently watched his "Death Proof" which had a scene too.

8. I heard him deny it on Howard Stern years back

there is an extended focus on her foot & toes as she slowly gets them to start moving again.
