new upstairs neighbors in a house renovated to condos, I'm on the 2nd floor of a 3 floor building. They start using their garbage disposal and brown water would back up into my kitchen sink filling it about 2/3 of the way up.

Had to call RR come to my place and the guy snaked down over 25 feet. The black gunk came splashing into my white kitchen as he pulled it out and th snake was covered in lord knows what.

I had to pay half - $125. Ick on both counts.

10. There is a problem with the tub and some serious work needs to be done.

The roto-rooter guy stated that there's some box that probably needs to be cleaned out but he'll need to drill a hole in the wall to get to it. Looks like it'll be a big job. Oh well, if my idiot landlord took care of his property, this could have been prevented. See what happens when you neglect something for 10 years?
