When I have a cold, I have a 4-octave vocal range
I just sang from F2 to F6. It wasn't pretty; but all the notes were there.

God I feel like shit. :-(

8. Ooo... I almost forgot about this great stuff I have!
Ginger lemonade...add a little water and a little honey, and heat it up, and it penetrates deep in your chest.

Thanks for reminding me! :hi:

10. I've been thinking about getting a neti pot...
My nasal passages get so dry and irritated in winter. Neti pots use an oil, don't they?

12. Not necessarily
http://www.healthandyoga.com/html/product/neti.html

That's the one we have. You add just under a tsp. of salt (give or take to suit your preference) and there are oils you can buy, such as: http://www.internatural-alternative-health.com/ingr/ingr251133.cfm

During the winter, I use it at least every other day when I'm feeling healthy, at least daily if I feel a cold coming on, and twice daily when I have a cold. It severely lessens the severity of my colds, and lessens the frequency I have them. Since I'm diabetic and prone to catching them, that's a huge blessing.

I'll admit to it being a bit strange to get used to, but wonderful and not too weird (although sometimes gross) once you get used to it.

And a , too!
