You know, I'm a live-and-let-live kinda gal. But if I saw him flitting down the street in a Peter Pan fairy costume, even in Austin where we have a homeless cross-dresser as our unofficial mascot, I'd stop and stare. Couldn't help it.

who love this kind of thing. I speak to them every day on the job. They truly love being in special outfits like these. Some are straight, some are bi, and some are gay. To me, it is no different than a woman wanting to dress sexy, casual, conservative, etc..

The clothes make them feel sexy, pretty, feminine, or just plain alive. Some enjoy being teased, others want us to compliment them. Its a tall order for the average person to do that, but I guess since I have so many perspectives on it, I see it for what it is. Fun!

I can also guarantee that, if there are 30,000 registered people here at DU, there are going to be a few men that LOVE dressing up this way who are right here. I think it's great!@
