What did you have for dinner tonight?
I had an Apple Fennel Arugula salad with toasted almonds,

oven roasted chicken with rosemary,

and jasmin rice.

Somebody loves me :bounce:

4. Eggplant is my favorite vegetable
I love it, though it does not love me.

I get a tingle in my tongue when I eat it; early allergy warning...

10. I don't wanna talk about it.
I had big plans: a turkey, mashed potatoes, broccoli and a salad, but it all went wrong! Even the potatoes!

Ah well, tomorrow is another meal.

11. Complete Dinner Biscuits -
Left over mashed potato biscuits (regular flour/bakingsoda/salt/milk/cream o' tartar and shortning type with left-over mashed red potatos used as a quarter of the "fat" content in the recipie) with shredded sharp chedder cheese, diced turkey ham, chopped olives, and sweated tomatos and sweet onions with a mix of savory spices tossed in and baked up for the family. Makes something similar to about 20 stuffed foccacia type biscuits. Simple, comfort food.

15. kim chee with jasmine rice, and vegetable dumplings
was exceptionally good. Discovered a GIANT Asian food store in northeast Atlanta last time I was there and we stocked up on all kinds of yummy stuff - the kim chee, enormous bag of rice, dumplings, etc. Kim chee isn't easy on the breath, though; it's a good thing my husband and I work from home!
