Guess who I met today?
Michael Vick's pitbull. Well, one of them. A dog whisperer type near me is re-socializing him/her.

Seemed like a nice enough pooch. Flvegan would love him/her.

2. This one is apparently his actual dog. Not involved in
dogfighting, but needs to be re-trained anyway. I am hiring this lady to do some dog whispering on the puppy. She's driving me nuts.

3. 2 of those dogs were in the studio with Christine Kraft on KGO-AM just Sunday
I think some of the dogs are in Monterey or something and most are at Best Friends near Kanab, Utah.

14. That was www.badrap.org that Christine Craft had on her show last Sunday.
I have no proof but I believe three of the thirteen dogs they brought into the bay area that went to Monterey bay area may be under Doris Day's umbrella. See's an animal lover and activist, her organization, Doris Day Animal League deserves credit and mention, too, especially after her work following Katrina.

4. Funny how he'd have one that he obviously cared for
and then did those horrible things to others just like him/her.

Come April 2nd, he's looking potentially at 10 more years in the slammer.

Pibbles are the bestest, most forgiving dogs.

6. Okay, I need you to count; you still have all four arms and legs, right?
Just kidding. They really are the sweetest, most loyal dogs in the world, and they prove it so well given half a chance.

7. It was a really sweet dog. I don't know if it was a boy or a girl
but it was just so sad to think about what kind of neglect s/he went through. This dog didn't fight, but I don't think it takes a rocket scientist to figure out that Vick wasn't the most responsible pet owner.
