I can't get anything done
ugh.... so, my girlfriend is on a trip (which is nice), and I haven't heard from her in almost a week (which is not nice). I have no way of getting ahold of her apart from sending emails, but I don't know if she's gotten them. I'm sure she's just busy, but I'm afraid that somehow I did some stupid man thing to make her all pissed off at me and I'm getting the silent treatment without knowing it. Am I paranoid? yeah. What sucks more is that I'm so worried about this, that I'm not getting my work done, which I have to do. I have some sort of important deadlines to meet this week, and one incredibly important one. I just can't concentrate and do good work. Arghhhhh.... any advice?

1.  I dunno if this will help you...
... but I would recommend trying the Bach Flower Remedy called Red Chestnut. It is an herbal tincture that you can buy at a natural foods or herbal store - I get my Bach stuff at Whole Foods Market. (They cost about 12 or 13 dollars for a bottle.) Red Chestnut helps to relieve your stress over your loved one (your g/f) being away from you. It will help clear your mind so you can get back to doing your work and stuff. Just put two or three drops (using the dropper lid) on your tongue, under your tongue, or in a drink. Take it four times a day, until your anxiety passes or your g/f gets home.

This is *not* medical advise, but rather a suggestion of using Bach Floral Remedies, so if you have a problem, go see your regular physical and all that (just saying, you know how giving advise can be misinterpreted) so use Bach Flower Remedies at your own risk. (But Dr. Bach himself said that they aren't toxic and you can't overdose, and they are just natural plants, so don't worry about taking them).

Hope you get back to working and feel better!

Peace!
:hippie:
