That'd be Beta-Phenylethylamine.

PEA increases the release of norepinephrine.

3. I don't know. I have never liked chocolate.
If I didn't look exactly like the younger version of my mom, she would swear her baby was switched at birth because of the chocolate issue.

Even as a little girl I didn't like it.
