he was at birth named "Ginger" by my mother-in-law (who at that time spoke only limited English) long before his manly "party parts" became obvious. We added the Wiley and Excellent Boy Cat part to validate his post-neuter masculinity. :P

My female Janeway (original name) has morphed into "Her Royal Highness, Princess Janeway of Connecticut, Duchess of Danbury and Empress of Everything She So Chooses" - just because! My boy Sisko maintains his so-called dignity by not allowing mommy to morph his name.
