After being at my job for 6+ months as a temp (which was originally a three month contract) I just got my job packet for being hired permanently. I just got to fill out some paperwork..
And then..Paid Leave! Paid Holidays!! and most important Health Insurance!!!!
And a small pay raise too!

that I'm an evul big pharma shill....;-)
In reality I am an R+D analyst for a large biotech doing analysis of drugs being tested in human clinical trials and in animal toxicology studies. Basically I look to see if the drug is doing what its supposed to be doing and not causing allergic responses in the patients.
