I really don't enjoy Julia Roberts but i thought i could get passed that, so far i can't, please convince it's worth seeing since i already spent the money to rent it.

3. on a scale of 1-10, 10 being "just kill me now" how annoying was Julia Roberts in it?

4. I can't stand Julia Roberts
in fact, I almost didn't see this movie because of her. Cannot stand to look at her.

But she's really not in it that much...it's tolerable.

I'm also not a huge Tom Hanks fan. Still liked the movie, though.

But it is one of those movies that you need to watch when you are in the mood to pay attention.

5. me neither, him or Meg Ryan. I just realized i rented 2 movies about Afghanistan
this week set in or about the same time period, "The Kite runner" and Wilson's war. I thought "The kite runner" was really good.

7. I keep meaning to get "The Kite Runner" from Netflix
I absolutely loved the book.

I love Tom Hanks circa "Big," but his more recent movies have been teh shitty.

6. you're not obligated to waste your time just because you wasted your money
not a knock on a movie i've never seen but a simple principle of life that has served me well

9. that happened to me so often that I stopped renting movies....
It's been a pretty long time since the last one. I did watch all 14 Firefly episodes online not too long ago, but haven't rented a movie in -- I dunno, close to a year I think, and probably not more than three or four a year for some time before that. They just don't interest me anymore.

10. I thought it was quite hilarious!
And it's true. East Texas had a crazy Congressman named Charlie Wilson.

I don't like The Woman Who Has No Dent In Her Upper Lip either, but she was tolerable.

She did a credible imitation of the real Joanne King Herring.
