Anyone Here Have Bankruptcy Experience

.......In 2004 my wife and I filed for Chapter 13 BK.....we are now about 1/2 way through....

..........OK here is the question....We sold our home this past week which was part of the BK along with the car and a couple of other bills........I notified my BK attorney today of the sale and forwarded him the Purchase and Sale agreement so he could file it with the courts...

......what will the process be from now until closing...how will this all get wrapped up from this point on.

1. We did, but we kept the trailer so that didn't factor into the wait period. It was

several months for us to get through the whole thing, one end to the other. If I recall correctly what we waited longest for was our court date? *Sorry, it's been several years now.*

I had to call em a couple times cuz the office was out of town for a week, but it was all fine and we closed on time.

wait, your house was homesteaded right? and you already have a plan in place right?

we sold the house for $5000 less profit than our homestead exemption so none of the cash had to go to the trustee
