Sitting at barnes and noble , having my shots of espresso to stay awake

concentrating on finishing some simulations for my dissertation

Golden sun rays are pouring in throughout this calm spring evening. Today is commencement day at my campus , and beautiful and confident young men and women are all around in their graduation gowns worn over elegant suits and flowery dresses . Hope everyone of them achieve their most desired dreams , and all their hard work pays off.

Parents at the peak of their lives are walking around with immense amount of pride dripping from their eyes. A sweet lady in her 50's by the fountain is taking pictures of her huge son , three times her size , holding his diploma. It is alway painful when children outgrow us , don't need us anymore as much as we need them . I am sure I will never have that , I will grow old alone , but thats another story.

All and all , it is a peaceful and beautiful day.

Ah , the beatles "Hey Jude" is playing on the coffee shop speaker right now , the sunny and optimistic music of the beatles is perfect for this hopeful day.
